Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LyricalWriter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Description of Service

LyricalWriter is an AI-powered lyrics creation platform that helps songwriters write, edit, and refine song lyrics. The Service includes AI-assisted lyric generation, artist persona management, collection organization, cover art generation, and Suno prompt optimization.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Free Trial

New users are eligible for a 3-day free trial that provides full access to all Pro features. No credit card is required to start the trial. The trial begins at the time of account creation and expires automatically after 3 days. Each user is entitled to one free trial per account.

Subscription Terms

• Billing: Pro subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Prices are displayed on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
• Price Changes: We may adjust subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect on their next renewal.

User Content

You retain full ownership of all lyrics, text, and other creative content you create using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant LyricalWriter a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your content for training AI models without your explicit consent.

AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI providers (including OpenAI, Google AI, and Anthropic) to generate lyric suggestions and other content. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may not always be accurate, original, or suitable for your needs. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use. We make no guarantees regarding the originality or copyright status of AI-generated output.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to bypass security measures, access other users' accounts, or interfere with the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization.
• Upload malware, spam, or any content designed to disrupt the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by LyricalWriter and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service itself. Your right to use the Service is limited to the license granted by your active subscription.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the Service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LyricalWriter and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service.
